Rasmaadhoo is one of the inhabited islands in Raa Atoll Maldives.
It has a population of 825.The president of council is AHMED MAAHIR, he is elected as a DRP member. Other members of the island council includes Thoha Rasheed (MDP) Ahmed Saleem (DRP) Murthala Rasheed (DRP) and Hameed. [1] Most men of Rasmaadhoo are fishermen and Rasmaadhoo is famous for surfing and Boduberu. Most of the islanders have migrated to the Capital City Male.
