Ricky "Rick" Williams is a Republican Georgia State Representative. Williams won the open District 145 seat vacated by Independent Rusty Kidd. Williams will take office as a member of the Georgia House of Representatives starting on January 9, 2017. District 145 covers all of Baldwin County, and a significant portion of Putnam County.
