Ripperdan is a small community just outside of Madera, California. It is located at the intersection of Avenue 7 and Highway 145. It has two small liquor stores, of which one has a fuel station, an auto mechanic shop, and a restaurant. About a mile to the west on Avenue 7 is the Ripperdan School. 7 miles to the East is California Highway 99. Ripperdan has a small community of 17 houses, several of which are wealthy. There is a small church with a dining hall located in the back of it.
