Risco is a city in New Madrid County, Missouri, United States. The population was 346 at the 2010 census.
A post office called Risco has been in operation since 1903. The community derives its name from the Frisco Railroad.
Risco is located at 36°33′06″N 89°49′12″W / 36.551558°N 89.819921°W. The city is situated along U.S. Route 62, west of the highway's intersection with Missouri Route 153. Risco lies east of Malden and west of the New Madrid.
