Roberto Carcelen (born September 8, 1970), is a Peruvian-American cross-country skier, who in 2010 became the first Peruvian ever to qualify and also compete in the Winter Olympic Games. He had learned the sport from his American wife. He qualified again in 2013 for 2014 Winter Olympics in Sochi, Russia.
