Rocky is a town in Washita County, Oklahoma, United States. The population was 162 at the 2010 United States Census, a 6.9 percent decline from 174 at the 2000 census. The town lies along U.S. Route 183.
Rocky is located at 35°9′23″N 99°3′36″W / 35.15639°N 99.06000°W (35.156397, -99.059987).
According to the United States Census Bureau, the town has a total area of 0.2 square miles (0.52 km2), all land. Lake Hobart is just to the northwest of Rocky.
As of the census of 2000, there were 174 people, 77 households, and 50 families residing in the town. The population density was 771.6 people per square mile (292.1/km²). There were 85 housing units at an average density of 376.9 per square mile (142.7/km²). The racial makeup of the town was 91.95% White, 4.02% Native American, 2.87% from other races, and 1.15% from two or more races. Hispanic or Latino of any race were 3.45% of the population.
There were 77 households out of which 22.1% had children under the age of 18 living with them, 57.1% were married couples living together, 6.5% had a female householder with no husband present, and 33.8% were non-families. 31.2% of all households were made up of individuals and 15.6% had someone living alone who was 65 years of age or older.
