Roxanne Tong (Chinese: 湯洛雯) is a Hong Kong beauty pageant contestant. She won the Tourism Ambassador Award in the 2012 Miss Hong Kong Pageant. She is the niece of Kent Tong, and her father Tong Chan Chung is also a star but mainly works in Mainland China. She then hosted as a newbee in the education programme Side Walk Scientist season 2. In With or Without You she portrayed the character Yin Hung co-working with Tyson Chak. Roxanne used to study in London when she was 17 years old. She was sent by her father Tong Chan Chung. She worked as a model before joining TVB.
