Rubin Williams (born April 9, 1976 in Detroit, Michigan) is an American boxer.

Known as "Mr. Hollywood", Williams began his professional career in 2001, and in 2005 challenged the IBF super middleweight title holder Jeff Lacy, but lost via TKO. In 2007 he drew with contender Antwun Echols.

Williams currently owns a 29-29-1 record as a professional boxer. Despite evidence to the contrary, Williams claims to be a World Champion.

On December 20, 2016, Mr. Williams openly admitted that he "officially retired at 29-5." He further explained that the reason his official record is 29-29-1 is that he "fought unsanctioned bouts afterwards hustling my name making a million dollars" which is also known as or losing intentionally. Despite this being disrespectful and frowned upon in the industry, he maintains that people who question his actions are "jealous broke mofos disrespecting my career" and assumes "y'all broke with dead end jobs."

Mr. Williams further claims that he is now focusing on working out and "can pick a grown man up by his neck." He further claims that his "my legs are in progress" because he purports that boxers do not train legs. He further claims that while boxing he "ran almost 35miles a week I needed to be mobile and explosive but this summer they will be on point." This is contrary to what most boxers believe—boxers do in fact train legs. In fact, successful boxers pay significant attention to developing leg strength.

He was one of the featured boxers in Season 3, of the boxing reality TV series The Contender, which premiered September 4, 2007 on ESPN. Williams was eliminated in the first episode of the series.

Williams was defeated, by submission (kimura), in his MMA debut against Kazushi Sakuraba on Dream 11 on October 6, 2009.
