Rufino Familiar Sánchez (born 27 December 1986), known as Rufo Sánchez or simply Rufo, is a Spanish professional footballer who plays for Atlético Sanluqueño CF as a forward.
In Spain, Sánchez played for clubs in the tercera division, which included a long spell with local club Internacional de Madrid once between 2007 and 2008, and again between 2010 and 2012. In 2012, he joined Stallion in the UFL. In the following season, he was transferred to Global, before joining Thai Premier League club PTT Rayong in 2013.
On 23 February 2014, he made his debut for his new club against Singhtarua, scoring a 69-minute goal on debut. His second goal for the club came against Chonburi in a 2–2 draw.
