Ryokan Kobayashi (小林 亮寛? Kobayashi Ryōkan, born April 28, 1979) is a Japanese baseball pitcher. He currently plays for the Brother Elephants of the Chinese Professional Baseball League. He has been used primarily as a starting pitcher since joining the team in 2008, and in that year won the CPBL Gold Glove.
Ryokan graduated from famed baseball-focus PL Gakuen High School in Osaka, where he was a teammate of Kosuke Fukudome, currently playing for the Chicago Cubs
