SM Station is a digital music project by South Korean record label S.M. Entertainment. It undertook to release one single every Friday for a year, starting from February 3, 2016. until February 3, 2017.
SM Station was announced by founding chairman Lee Soo-man as part of S.M. Entertainment's larger "New Culture Technology" project during a press conference on January 27, 2016. It aims to showcase S.M. Entertainment's artists and producers, while also including collaborations with artists outside of the label.
