The School of Law is the law school of Oxford Brookes University. It is based in Oxford, United Kingdom. The School of Law is the joint third placed University Law School in England and Wales for student satisfaction in the 2016 National Student Survey, gaining 97% student satisfaction, and the School also has again been rated as one of the world's top University Law Schools in the QS World University Rankings. The School was also ranked 16th in the 2016 Guardian Good University guide, gaining legal media coverage for outranking several 'Russell Group' Law schools. The School of Law is part of the faculty of Humanities and Social Sciences.

The School of Law at Oxford Brookes University offers a range of undergraduate, postgraduate masters and doctoral level degree study.

All providing qualifying law degree routes. Students can opt to move from the LLB (Hons.) Law to the LLB (Hons.) Commercial Law or the LLB (Hons.) Criminal Justice at the end of their first year of study.

Depending upon the degree route chosen, Oxford Brookes's undergraduate law degrees offer around twenty optional modules from which to choose, derived from the specialisms of staff. The School of Law has a Pro Bono Scheme - its student directors have twice been shortlisted for the Attorney General’s National Student Pro Bono Awards for ‘Best Contribution by an Individual Student’.

The School of Law also offers LLM by research and PhD degrees, a specialised LLM in Legal Practice, and the Graduate Diploma in Law, for intending barristers and solicitors with non-Law degrees.

Oxford Brookes University School of Law has partnerships with Brickfields Asia College, Malaysia, and with KDU University, Malaysia, and study abroad opportunities with a range of European and International Universities.

Oxford Brookes University's School of Law is joint third placed University Law School in England and Wales (joint sixth placed out of all 115 Universities/ FE Colleges in the United Kingdom that offer Law degrees) in the 2016 National Student Survey, with 97% student satisfaction rates. Law courses provided by Oxford Brookes also are ranked in the top 150-200 bracket of the QS World University Subject Rankings. The Law School was also 16th placed Law School in the 2016 Guardian Good University guide, gaining legal media coverage for outranking several 'Russell Group' Law schools. The Law School was also in the top 30 of institutions for the study of undergraduate law in the 2015 Times/ Sunday Times Good University Guide, with Law courses placed at 28th out of 100 UK university law schools - again higher than several Russell Group law schools. Moreover, The University has been successful historically in various national and international mooting competitions, in 2015 winning both the ESU Essex Court National Competition and the Inner Temple Inter-Varsity Mooting Competition, meaning the national Magna Carta moot - to celebrate the 800th anniversary of the signing of Magna Carta - will be between two Oxford Brookes teams.
