Scott John Pelluer (born April 26, 1959 in Yakima, Washington) is a former American football linebacker in the National Football League for the New Orleans Saints. He played college football at Washington State University.

Pelluer attended Mead High School, before transferring to Interlake High School as a junior.

He accepted a scholarship from Washington State University, where he became a four-year starter at defensive end and outside linebacker. As a junior, he registered 71 tackles, 3 sacks (led the team) and 2 interceptions. As a senior, he tallied 12 sacks (a school record at the time).

He finished his college career with 240 tackles (180 solo) and 19 sacks, at the time ranking as the school career sack leader and one of the top career tacklers.

Pelluer was selected in the fourth round (91st overall) of the 1981 NFL Draft by the Dallas Cowboys. He was waived on August 3.

On September 1, 1981, he was signed as a free agent by the New Orleans Saints, where he played as a backup outside linebacker under head coach Bum Phillips. In 1985, he appeared in 11 games (5 starts), as a right inside linebacker in the team's 3-4 defense.
