Sedlejov (Czech pronunciation: [ˈsɛdlɛjof]) is a village and municipality (obec) in Jihlava District in the Vysočina Region of the Czech Republic.
The municipality covers an area of 7.48 square kilometres (2.89 sq mi), and has a population of 267 (as at 3 July 2006).
Sedlejov lies approximately 20 kilometres (12 mi) south of Jihlava and 123 km (76 mi) south-east of Prague.
