Sergey Ivanovich Kozlov (Russian: Сергей Иванович Козлов) was appointed the Prime Minister of the unrecognized Luhansk People's Republic on 25 December 2015. He is a major general of the People's Militia of the Republic. Kozlov succeeded Hennadiy Tsypkalov. Prior to his appointment he held the position of the vice-commander of the Corps of the Republic.
