Sergey Ivanovich Kozlov (Russian: Сергей Иванович Козлов, Ukrainian: Сергій Іванович Козлов) was appointed the Prime Minister of the unrecognized Luhansk People's Republic on 25 December 2015. He is a major general of the "People's Militia of the Republic". Kozlov succeeded Hennadi Tsypkalov. Prior to his appointment he held the position of the vice-commander of the Corps of the Republic.
