Shōmei Yokouchi (横内 正明 Yokouchi Shōmei, born March 2, 1942) is a Japanese politician. He represented the Yamanashi Prefecture electoral district and later Yamanashi District No. 3 in the House of Representatives in the national Diet from 1993 until 2002 and was governor of Yamanashi Prefecture from 2007 until 2015. He is a graduate of the University of Tokyo Law Department.
