Shahi is a town and a nagar panchayat in Bareilly district in the Indian state of Uttar Pradesh.

Shahi is located at 28°33′N 79°19′E / 28.55°N 79.32°E / 28.55; 79.32. It has an average elevation of 171 metres (561 feet). The town is on the banks of the Gaula River.
