Shemia Fagan (born September 20, 1981 in Dufur, Oregon) is an American politician and a former Democratic member of the Oregon House of Representatives, representing District 51 from 2013–17.
Fagan earned her bachelor of arts degree from Northwest Nazarene University in Nampa, Idaho, in 2003. She then started law school at Willamette University College of Law in Salem, Oregon, before earning her JD from Lewis & Clark Law School in 2009. She then became an associate at the Ater Wynne law firm.
