Shkodër Rail Station is the main railway station in Shkodër County, Albania.
The first railways built in Shkodër Rail Station were Shkodër-Lezhe, 34 km long, built in 1981, and Shkodër-Han i Hotit, built in 1985. Near Shkodër is also built Bajzë Rail Station, serving the only international railway link in Albania, Bajzë-Tuzi, Montenegro (at that time part of Yugoslavia); it was only for freight, but now it is closed. The most important railway link was Shkodër-Vorë. It is a 35 km-long railway. The raw materials were imported from Morocco. Today Bajzë Rail Station and other train stations in Shkodër County are closed.
In 2012, a train that departed from Shkodër caught fire, but there were no fatalities or injured persons. Shkodër Rail Station will close if there is no investment.
