The Solomon Islands national under-17 football team is the national U-17 team of the Solomon Islands and is controlled by the Solomon Islands Football Federation.
During the tournament in 2015 striker Larry Zama scored the unbelievable number of 8 goals in one game, something that is a record in the books of the tournament so far. Because of this 8 goals Zama ended the campaign with 13 goals which made him the Top goal scorer of the tournament.
The OFC Under 17 Qualifying Tournament is a tournament held once every two years to decide the only qualification spot for Oceania Football Confederation (OFC) and representatives at the FIFA U-17 World Cup.
