Spyridon "Spyros" Motsenigos (alternate spelling: Spiridon, Spiros) (Greek: Σπυρίδων "Σπύρος" Μοτσενίγος; born January 1, 1992) is a Greek professional basketball player. He is 1.94 m (6 ft 4 ½ in) tall and he plays at the shooting guard position.
Motsenigos began his professional career in the Greek Basket League with Rethymno. He moved to Panionios in 2012.
With the junior national teams of Greece, Mostenigos played at the following tournaments: the 2008 FIBA Europe Under-16 Championship, the 2009 and 2010 FIBA Europe Under-18 Championship, and the 2011 and 2012 FIBA Europe Under-20 Championships.
