Store-Kalsøy Chapel (Norwegian: Store-Kalsøy kapell) is a parish church in Austevoll municipality in Hordaland county, Norway. It is located in the village of Bakkasund on the island of Stora Kalsøy in the northwestern part of the municipality. The church is part of the Austevoll parish in the Fana deanery in the Diocese of Bjørgvin.
The first chapel was built here in 1892 and it was consecrated on 30 June 1892. The architect was Hans Jess from the nearby city of Bergen. That chapel burned down on 18 September 1974. A new chapel was immediately commissioned and it was completed in 1976. The new, brown, wooden church was consecrated on 19 December 1976. The church seats about 250 people.
