Strupčice (German: Trupschitz) is a village and municipality (obec) in Chomutov District in the Ústí nad Labem Region of the Czech Republic.

The municipality covers an area of 19.65 square kilometres (7.59 sq mi), and has a population of 663 (as at 28 August 2006).

Strupčice lies approximately 10 kilometres (6 mi) east of Chomutov, 42 km (26 mi) south-west of Ústí nad Labem, and 77 km (48 mi) north-west of Prague.
