Szewnia Górna [ˈʂɛvɲa ˈɡurna] is a village in the administrative district of Gmina Adamów, within Zamość County, Lublin Voivodeship, in eastern Poland. It lies approximately 4 kilometres (2 mi) north-east of Adamów, 13 km (8 mi) south-west of Zamość, and 82 km (51 mi) south-east of the regional capital Lublin.
