Tatari is a genus of jumping spiders endemic to the New Hebrides (Vanuatu). As of 2017[update], it contains only one species, Tatari multispinosus. The genus name is probably derived from a Tahitian word, meaning "to wait, to expect". The species name is Latin for "having multiple spines".
