Taylor Springs is a village in Montgomery County, Illinois, United States. The population was 690 at the 2010 census.

According to the 2010 census, Taylor Springs has a total area of 1.033 square miles (2.68 km2), of which 1 square mile (2.59 km2) (or 96.81%) is land and 0.033 square miles (0.09 km2) (or 3.19%) is water.
