Thorsten Quaeschning is a German musician. He joined the group Tangerine Dream in 2005. He performs keyboards, synthesizers, vocals and drums.
Thorsten Quaeschning was born in the late 1970s on February 23 in Berlin within a classically trained music-loving family.
As a child, he took flute lessons before he started going to school. He went on to practice the violin, the piano, and the flute. With his family's experience in classical music, Quaeschning saw operas in his early life and especially treasured Wagner and Humperdinck.
Before joining Tangerine Dream, Quaeschning worked as a producer for the band Minory. Afterwards, he began to tour with Tangerine Dream behind the scenes in 2004 before joining them a year later.
Quaeschning has a second band called Thorsten Quaeschning's Picture Palace music.
