Tichigan (formerly known as Waterford North) is a census-designated place (CDP) in Racine County, Wisconsin, United States. The population was 5,133 at the 2010 census.

According to the United States Census Bureau, the CDP has a total area of 13.270 square miles (34.37 km2). 11.225 square miles (29.07 km2) of it is land and 1.985 square miles (5.14 km2) of it (14.96%) is water.
