Toguchinsky District (Russian: Тогучи́нский райо́н) is an administrative and municipal district (raion), one of the thirty in Novosibirsk Oblast, Russia. It is located in the east of the oblast. The area of the district is 6,058 square kilometers (2,339 sq mi). Its administrative center is the town of Toguchin. Population: 60,303 (2010 Census);65,515 (2002 Census);66,912 (1989 Census). The population of Toguchin accounts for 36.3% of the district's total population.
