The Ungureanu Cabinet was a cabinet of ministers governing Romania in early 2012. Mihai Răzvan Ungureanu was designated by President Băsescu to form a new government after previous PM Emil Boc left office, decision approved on 9 February 2012. It dissolved on 27 April 2012.
