Unieszów [uˈɲeʂuf] (German: Berthelschütz) is a village in the administrative district of Gmina Kluczbork, within Kluczbork County, Opole Voivodeship, in south-western Poland. It lies approximately 7 kilometres (4 mi) north-west of Kluczbork and 42 km (26 mi) north of the regional capital Opole.
