Hi Steve, are you mentoring new editors? If so I may have a candidate for you. Check out Izaiah.morris. He (I'm kinda assuming a male here) has gotten himself into some trouble and is currently blocked. But he has expressed what sounds like genuine regret and a desire to contribute constructively. Alas there are some WP:CIR concerns here so I've set mentoring as a condition for unblocking. Anyway if your interested drop a line on their talk page and see if your both amenable.
