Walsall F.C. Reserves and Walsall F.C. Youth Academy are the reserve and youth teams for League One club Walsall.
The reserve team play in the Final Third Development League West Division and play the majority of their home games at the Scholars Ground, home of Chasetown.
The youth team play in the Youth Alliance North-West Division and play their home games at the Birmingham County FA academy base at Ray Hall Lane, Great Barr.
The Reserve team is used by Walsall as a step between the Youth Academy side and the first-team and to allow first-team players to gain match fitness after an injury or suspension, or additional game time for players on the fringes of the first-team.
Walsall Reserves also compete in the Birmingham Senior Cup, winning the competition on four occasions, most recently in 1994.
Note: Flags indicate national team as defined under FIFA eligibility rules. Players may hold more than one non-FIFA nationality.
Walsall's Youth team has produced a number of first team players throughout the club's history. In recent years, notable graduates include Matty Fryatt, Julian Bennett, Scott Dann, Jamie Paterson, Will Grigg and Troy Deeney.
