Wiley Festus Cox (August 14, 1895 - January 31, 1978) was the mayor of Vero Beach, Florida from December 15, 1937 to December 13, 1939.

Wiley was born on August 14, 1895 in Taylor County, Florida, the son of Daniel C. Cox and Cynthia S. Cox.

He served in the United States Army in World War I. He was a citrus farmer. He was also a preacher in primitive Baptist churches.

He married Frances Seay Croft (b. 1896, Dade City, d.January 4, 1979) on July 16, 1920 in Dade City. With his wife he ran a tourist home for many years in Vero Beach.

Wiley died on January 31, 1978 at 82 years old. He is buried in Winter Beach, Florida.
