William Miller Chapel and Ascension Rock is a historic district in New York that encompasses the home of William Miller, who was a Baptist preacher, from the United States, credited with beginning the mid-nineteenth century North American religious movement that was known as the Millerites. After his prophetic interpretations did not happen as he expected, new heirs of his message emerged, including Seventh-day Adventists and Advent Christians. Later movements found inspiration in Miller's emphasis on Bible prophecy.

It was listed on the National Register of Historic Places in 1975. The historic district's boundaries were increased in 1994, with the increase named William Miller Farm Historic District or alternatively as William Miller Chapel Boundary Increase.
