Willow Springs is a village in DuPage County, Illinois, with portions in Cook County. The village was founded in 1892. The population was 5,524 at the 2010 census.

According to the 2010 census, Willow Springs has a total area of 4.116 square miles (10.66 km2), of which 4.01 square miles (10.39 km2) (or 97.42%) is land and 0.106 square miles (0.27 km2) (or 2.58%) is water.
