Windom is a town in Fannin County, Texas, United States. The population was 199 at the 2010 census, down from 245 at the 2000 census.

Windom is located in eastern Fannin County at 33°33′52″N 95°59′58″W / 33.56444°N 95.99944°W / 33.56444; -95.99944 (33.564513, -95.999534).Texas State Highway 56 runs through the town, leading east 5 miles (8 km) to Honey Grove and west 10 miles (16 km) to Bonham, the county seat.

According to the United States Census Bureau, Windom has a total area of 0.54 square miles (1.4 km2), all of it land.

As of the census of 2000, there were 245 people, 97 households, and 71 families residing in the town. The population density was 446.6 people per square mile (172.0/km²). There were 111 housing units at an average density of 202.3 per square mile (77.9/km²). The racial makeup of the town was 91.43% White, 6.12% African American, 1.22% Native American, and 1.22% from two or more races.

There were 97 households out of which 33.0% had children under the age of 18 living with them, 61.9% were married couples living together, 7.2% had a female householder with no husband present, and 26.8% were non-families. 25.8% of all households were made up of individuals and 19.6% had someone living alone who was 65 years of age or older. The average household size was 2.53 and the average family size was 3.03.
