Zarkzai is the main caste of zehri belongs from Zehri city Balochistan.Nawab Nauroz Khan(1874?–1964) Respectfully known by Balochis as Babu Nowroz, was the head of the Zarakzai (Zehri), According to Islamic history the balochs are generation of Arabs and they are come for preaching of Islam at all regions like balochistan and other areas.
