Zlynkovsky District (Russian: Злы́нковский райо́н) is an administrative and municipal district (raion), one of the twenty-seven in Bryansk Oblast, Russia. It is located in the southwest of the oblast. The area of the district is 741 square kilometers (286 sq mi). Its administrative center is the town of Zlynka. Population: 12,917 (2010 Census); 14,056 (2002 Census);17,205 (1989 Census). The population of Zlynka accounts for 42.6% of the district's total population.
