Isaiah Briscoe (born April 13, 1996) is an American college basketball player for the Kentucky Wildcats. He was ranked among the top point guards in the national class of 2015 by Rivals.com, Scout.com and ESPN. He completed his senior season for Roselle Catholic High School in the 2014–15 academic year.

Briscoe was born in Union, New Jersey. His father, George Briscoe, is a hall of famer and former guard at , his sister, Iasia Hemingway, played at Syracuse University and his cousin, Kyrie Irving, is an NBA player. When he was in seventh grade, he was not selected to an elite AAU team, which fueled his determination. After his eighth-grade year at Kawameeh Middle School in Union, Briscoe repeated the grade at Good Shepherd Academy in Irvington. He was invited to the LeBron James Skills Academy. Briscoe played well, using his body to get to the rim, he was advanced physically for his age. Briscoe was one of only three players from the 2015 class to be invited. After the eighth grade, He attended Saint Benedict's Preparatory School. He teamed with current Milwaukee Bucks point guard, Tyler Ennis, to lead the Gray Bees to the brink of an ESPN National High School Invitational championship. They lost on a last-second 3-pointer to Montverde Academy, 67-65. Briscoe had 11 points in the game. Isaiah averaged 15.1 points, 4.6 assists, 3.5 rebounds and 2.3 steals his sophomore season for the 32-2 Gray Bees. Briscoe transferred Roselle Catholic High School for his junior year, where he was coached by Dave Boff. He led the team to state titles in 2014 and 2015. As a senior, Briscoe averaged 21 points, five rebounds and three assists per game. He models his game after Deron Williams and Tyreke Evans. Prior to his senior year, Briscoe led the AAU New Jersey Playaz to the championship at the 2015 Nike Peach Jam in South Carolina. He posted averages of 19.2 points and 5 assists over 23 total games in the Nike Elite Youth Basketball League in 2015. Isaiah finished as Rivals.com #10 nationally ranked player and the #1 point guard in the class of 2015.

Jonathan Rodney "Jon" Brockman (born March 20, 1987) is an American professional basketball player who last played for MHP Riesen Ludwigsburg of the Basketball Bundesliga. He was the starting power forward and team captain for the University of Washington men's basketball team. He is the all-time leading rebounder and 2nd all-time scorer in University of Washington history. He grabbed the 1,000th rebound of his career on December 30, 2008 in a win over Morgan State, and became Washington's all-time leading rebounder on January 15, 2009 in a win over Oregon, breaking Doug Smart's school record of 1,051.

Brockman attended Snohomish High School and was a 4-year letterman. He played alongside his brother for two years. He averaged 22 points per game and 13 rebounds per game as a junior.

In his senior year, he led his Snohomish to a 16-5 record, averaging 29.8 points per game and 12 rebounds per game. He was ranked as the 20th prospect in the country and 5th among power forwards by Scout.com. He was named to the McDonald's All-American Game and made the semifinals in the 2005 High School Slam Dunk Competition. He was the third leading scorer in the state of Washington in the 2004-05 season, and was one of the best rebounders in the class of 2005.

Considered a four-star recruit by Rivals.com, Brockman was listed as the No. 13 power forward and the No. 47 player in the nation in 2005.

Aaron Jamal Brooks (born January 14, 1985) is an American professional basketball player for the Indiana Pacers of the National Basketball Association (NBA). He was selected 26th overall in the 2007 NBA draft. He won the NBA Most Improved Player Award for the 2009–10 season.

Brooks, a high profile recruit out of Franklin High School in Seattle, "earned just about every honor possible" while leading his team to the Washington 4A State Championship as a senior. As a high school senior he averaged 24.3 points, 7.0 assists, 3.3 rebounds and 2.3 steals per game. In that championship game, Brooks went head-to-head with future Gonzaga Bulldog and NBA player Adam Morrison. Brooks finished with 38 points in the 67-55 win. Morrison finished with 37 in the loss but was still named Tournament MVP after matching the then four-game scoring total.

Considered a four-star recruit by 247Sports.com, Brooks was listed as the No. 4 point guard and the No. 30 player in the nation in 2003.

Brooks finished his college career at the University of Oregon in 2007. He was a four-year starter for the Ducks, and finished his career with 13.1 points, 3.5 rebounds and 4.1 assists per game. In his first year at Oregon, Brooks took over the starting point guard role previously occupied by current NBA guard Luke Ridnour. Despite missing 10 games with a broken bone in his wrist, Brooks earned Pac-10 All-Freshman honors. Brooks was named honorable mention all-Pac-10 for his efforts as a sophomore, a season which included a 34-point effort against USC. After a disappointing junior year at Oregon culminating in a suspension during a game against Washington, Brooks rebounded to become one of the leading candidates for Pac-10 Player of the Year. He led the Ducks to a number of key victories, including game winners over then #1 ranked UCLA and then #10 Arizona in Tucson. Brooks scored a team high 31 points and grabbed 8 rebounds in an overtime road win against then top 25 ranked Washington State, helping to hand the Cougars their first home loss of the 2006-07 season. At the half-way mark of Pac-10 conference play, Brooks was averaging 19.1 points and 4.5 assists per game in leading Oregon to a top 10 ranking and a 19-2 overall record. The Ducks went on to finish and tie for third place in the Pac-10 conference, and won the Pac-10 Championship tournament following an impressive three-day run over Arizona, Cal and USC. Oregon advanced to the Midwest Regional Final where they lost to defending champion Florida. Brooks was announced as one of 22 finalists for the John R. Wooden Award, which is given to the top college basketball player in the nation. Brooks was one of 10 players named to the Wooden All-American Team, and he was also All-Pac-10 First Team. He won the men's three point shootout on March 29, 2007, to finish off his NCAA career, but lost the "battle of the sexes" to Katie Gearlds of Purdue University. He graduated from Oregon in 2007 with a degree in political science.

Delray Brooks

Delray Brooks (October 24, 1965) is an American basketball coach and former basketball player. Brooks was an Indiana high school basketball star who was named both 1984 Co-Indiana Mr. Basketball and 1984 USA Today Player of the Year. After high school, he first attended Indiana University to play basketball for Bobby Knight. When he didn't fit into the team plans as he had hoped he transferred to play for Rick Pitino at Providence College, where the team was one of the most successful in school history. As a professional player, his career floundered in various leagues before he began coaching basketball as an assistant for Pitino at the University of Kentucky. He reached the NCAA Men's Division I Basketball Championship final four as both a player and assistant coach. When Pitino left for the NBA, he moved on to a head coaching position at the University of Texas-Pan American. He was eventually caught up in a scandal and fired. He has since coached various high school teams. As of 20 May 2015^[update], he is the head coach for the men's basketball team at Clay High School.

In high school, he served as junior and senior class president as well as governor of the Indiana Boys State Convention. He was 1984 co-Indiana Mr. Basketball and USA Today Boys' Basketball Player of the Year while playing for the Rogers High School, who went 28–1. He is also retroactively regarded as a runner-up for Mr. Basketball USA. He was one of two high school players (along with Danny Manning) invited to try out for the United States men's national basketball team at the 1984 Summer Olympics. Brooks also earned varsity letters in baseball and tennis.

Andre Devon Brown (born May 12, 1981) is an American professional basketball player who currently plays for Valvoline of the Mongolian National Basketball Association (MNBA). He played college basketball for DePaul University and went on to play professionally in Europe, Asia, South America, Australia, and in the National Basketball Association and the NBA Development League. He is also a former two-year member of the USA Basketball World Youth Games team that won a gold medal 1998 and a bronze medal in 1999.

As a high school freshman, Brown attended Brother Rice High School in his hometown of Chicago. As a sophomore, he transferred to nearby Leo Catholic High School where he led his new team downstate and along the way, captured Class A All-State honors, being the only sophomore on the ballot. The following year Leo moved up in population and therefore changed classes to the larger Class AA. In Class AA, Brown continued his dominating ways, garnering All-State honors again, this time initiating the record as the only player to ever be both Class A and AA All-State. Things were changed up again for his senior year in 1999–2000 as Leo were moved back down to Class A, as Brown went on to help Leo win the Catholic League title and earn McDonald's All-American honors.

In his freshman season at DePaul, Brown joined Imari Sawyer as the first DePaul newcomers since 1992 to have a double-double in their first collegiate game, as he recorded 18 points and 11 rebounds against Lewis University. He scored a season-high 19 points while also grabbing eight rebounds against Marquette. In 30 games (six starts), he averaged 6.5 points and 4.9 rebounds in 22.6 minutes per game.

In his sophomore season, Brown became the first DePaul player since Stanley Brundy in 1988–89 to lead the team in scoring, rebounding, field goal percentage and blocked shots. He also ranked among Conference USA leaders for rebounding (second), scoring (13th) and field goal percentage (14th). He set a C-USA single game record with 27 rebounds against TCU, which was the second-best single-game total in DePaul history. In 26 games (25 starts), he averaged 14.5 points, 9.4 rebounds and 1.0 blocks in 31.8 minutes per game.

Daniel "Dee" Brown (born August 17, 1984) is a retired American professional basketball player. Brown played at the University of Illinois from 2002 to 2006, receiving numerous awards and accolades, including the 2005 Sporting News National Player of the Year. Brown was selected in the second round of the 2006 NBA Draft by the Utah Jazz, and was the starting point guard for 11 consecutive games for the Washington Wizards. Brown played for several international basketball teams from 2007 to 2015.

Brown attended Proviso East High School in Maywood, Illinois. He earned Mr. Basketball honors in state of Illinois following his senior season, and was the ninth Mr. Basketball to attend Illinois since the award began in 1981. Brown was named Illinois' Gatorade Player of the Year in 2002, McDonald's All-American, Champaign-Urbana News-Gazette Illinois Player of the Year in 2002, First-Team All-State pick by the IBCA, Chicago Tribune, Chicago Sun-Times, and the Champaign-Urbana News-Gazette. Brown finished his high school career as Proviso East's all-time leader in scoring, assists and steals, averaging 25.6 points, 5.5 assists and 2.9 steals per game as a senior. He shot 44 percent from the three-point arc as a senior and once made 12 three-pointers on his way to 42 points against Addison Trail High School as a senior. Brown helped the Pirates to the Sweet Sixteen of the Illinois state tournament as a senior and averaged 19 points, eight assists, five rebounds and five steals per game as a junior while earning First-Team All-State honors from the Chicago Tribune, Chicago Sun-Times and Champaign-Urbana News-Gazette. His tenacity in transition offense earned him the moniker "The One-Man Fast Break" from the Chicago-based media, a nickname that stayed with him throughout college.

Brown led Proviso East to a 25–4 record and the West Suburban Gold Conference championship was ranked by RivalsHoops.com as the No. 2 point guard and No. 11 player overall in the nation and ranked the No. 3 point guard and No. 18 player overall by Blue Chip Hoops and Ranked by All-Star Report as the nation's No. 19 player. Brown also played football at Proviso East, starting at quarterback and lettering in 2000 and 2001. Brown passed and ran for more than 1,800 yards (1,600 m) and 16 touchdowns in seven games as a quarterback during his senior season and earned recruiting overtures from Florida State University and the University of Nebraska for football. Brown played in the Jordan Classic, McDonald's All-American, and City-Suburban All-Star games. In addition to his athletic accomplishments, Brown also excelled in the classroom. He was the first overall pick in the 2001 NBA draft by the Washington Wizards, and was the first number one draft pick to be selected straight out of high school. Over his career, he has played for the Wizards, Los Angeles Lakers, Memphis Grizzlies, Detroit Pistons, Charlotte Bobcats, Golden State Warriors and Philadelphia 76ers.

Brown was consistently rated as the "best high school player" in his class, which also included high school standouts Eddy Curry and Tyson Chandler. He was the high school player of the year as a senior in Georgia. Brown was born in Boston, Massachusetts, to Tammy and Dee Brown. Her father played twelve years in the NBA as a point guard, most notably for the Boston Celtics, with whom he won the 1991 Slam Dunk Contest.

Brown played her freshman season at Dr. Phillips in Orlando, Florida, where she helped the team achieve its first-ever undefeated regular season.
