The 1903 Tempe Normal Owls football team was an American football team that represented Tempe Normal School (later renamed Arizona State University) as an independent during the 1903 college football season. In their fifth season under head coach Frederick M. Irish, the Owls compiled a 2–0 record, shut out both opponents, and outscored their opponents by a combined total of 33-0. Tempe Normal's team captain was E.R. Wilbur. The Owls finished (1-0) at home and (1-0) on the road. All home games were played at Normal Field in Tempe, Arizona.

In the season opener, Tempe Normal delivered a 18-0 road shutout win against Phoenix Union High School. The Owls closed the season with a 15-0 home shutout victory over the Phoenix Indians at Normal Field.

Tempe Normal's roster included: (Nobel Carter, John Dykes, Hutchinson, Alma Jones, Juan Ochoa, R.O. Richards, C. Webb, J. Westover, E.R. Wilbur, Arthur Woolf, & Billy Woolf).
