The 2012 Tuvalu Independence Cup, known as the Mackenzie Trading Tuvalu Independence Cup for sponsorship purposes, is the 17th edition of national football knockout tournament. The tournament began on 1 September 2012 and finished on 29 September 2012. All eight clubs participated. Defending champions were FC Manu Laeva.
The winner was Tofaga A, who 4–0 won against Nauti A.
The best player for the tournament was James Lepaio of Tofaga A.
