Kentucky Route 341 (KY 341) is a 1.351-mile-long (2.174 km) state highway in the U.S. state of Kentucky. The highway connects rural areas of Woodford County with Midway.
KY 341 begins at an intersection with US 62/US 421 (Leestown Road) in the northern part of Midway, within Woodford County. It travels to the north-northeast and has an interchange with Interstate 64 (I-64). After it leaves the city limits of Midway, it meets its northern terminus, an unnamed bridge over South Elkhorn Creek, which is on the Scott County line.
