Moia Moia or simply Moia is a settlement in the eastern part of the island of Santiago, Cape Verde and is in the east of the municipality of São Domingos forming one of the easternmost settlements on the island and the nation's southeasternmost. Its 2010 population was 205. It is situated 14 km northeast of Praia (about 20-21 km via road) and east of São Domingos. Moia Moia can be accessed with Praia via Milho Branco or the airport via Vale da Custa. It sits at an elevation of about 10 meters.

Moia Moia is considered a separate settlement of Vale da Custa and distance between to two villages makes it no section of that village.

Other nearby places are Achada Baixo to the north an Achada Lama to the west.

The etymology of the settlement name is either of Portuguese or African origin.

The settlement is located north the banks with Ribeira da Malha, which the name Moia does not originate.

Both agriculture and fishing are its main economic activity.

The settlement was founded as Moya Moya. Not long after, the 1911 Orthography Reform made by Portugal which removed the y and became replaced with an i, which included the plateau and the settlement and became Moia Moia. The older form continued to be used for a few more decades notably in Cape Verdean Creole, even comparative. The today's form in Santiago Creole (also ALUPEK) is Moia.
