Omladinski fudbalski klub Mladost Lješkopolje is a football club from Donja Gorica, a suburb of Podgorica, Montenegro. Founded in 1970, the club was reactivated during the 2014.
Founded in 1970, OFK Mladost was one of numerous clubs from Podgorica which participated in the lowest competitive level in Montenegro at that time. Club played in Fourth League - Central region. OFK Mladost represented players from Podgorica region Lješkopolje (suburbs Donja Gorica, Gonja Gorica, Farmaci, Grbavci, Beri etc.). At that time, there was another one club from Lješkopolje region - FK Napredak Donji Kokoti.
First biggest success, OFK Mladost made during the season 1972-73 by winning champions title in Fourth league. That gained them promotion to Montenegrin Republic League (Third league in SFR Yugoslavia football system).
OFK Mladost played two seasons in Republic competition. During the season 1973/74, OFK Mladost finished as 11-placed among 16 clubs. Next season, as a last-placed team, OFK Mladost were relegated to the Fourth league.
At the end of seventies, club was dissolved.

At 2014, OFK Mladost were reactivated. Club started with players' selection and trainings. During the 2015, club's management made the decision to apply for the Third League season 2015-16. They played their first official matches in the Central Region Cup and soon after that started playing in the Third League. After two wins, OFK Mladost went to the final of Central Region Cup 2015, which means qualifying for the Montenegrin Cup for the season 2015/16. In the first leg of national Cup, OFK Mladost won against FK Sloga Bar away (1:0), but at the round of 16, First league member FK Lovćen eliminated them (3:0, 2:3). OFK Mladost finished their inaugural season in Third League (2015/16) as a fifth club on the table.
Next year (2016), OFK Mladost won the title in Central Region Cup, defeating FK Gorštak in the finals. That gained them participation in 2016–17 Montenegrin Cup. In first leg, OFK Mladost surprisingly eliminated Second League side FK Cetinje, but in Round of 16 was eliminated by top-league member FK Iskra.
On season 2016-17, OFK Mladost won the title of Third League champion, with 19 wins and one draw during the 20 weeks. With that result, the team gained greatest success in history - promotion to Montenegrin Second League 2017-18.
