Podlesie[pɔdˈlɛɕɛ] is a village in the administrative district of Gmina Oleśnica, within Staszów County, Świętokrzyskie Voivodeship, in south-central Poland. It lies approximately 5 kilometres (3 mi) east of Oleśnica, 12 km (7 mi) south of Staszów, and 60 km (37 mi) south-east of the regional capital Kielce.
The village has a population of 196.
According to the 2002 Poland census, there were 208 people residing in Podlesie village, of whom 50% were male and 50% were female. In the village, the population was spread out with 25% under the age of 18, 39.9% from 18 to 44, 13.9% from 45 to 64, and 21.2% who were 65 years of age or older.
