Rio de Gregori

Rio de Gregori (September 22, 1919, Zurich - May 22, 1987, Munich) was a Swiss jazz pianist.

de Gregori's career began around the start of World War II, playing in the dance bands of Willy Mac Allen, James Boucher, and René Weiss. During the war he played with Fred Böhler, Philippe Brun, Bob Huber, and Lanigiros, and also worked as a leader of studio orchestras. As a leader, he formed a group in 1945 which included Flavio Ambrosetti and Stuff Combe, then relocated to Munich.
